The Library Policy

Welcome to our Library Catalogue!

HOW TO USE THIS PAGE:
In the QUICK SEARCH (top left) type in the title, author or subject that you are after. A list will appear. You can then click on the title to see more about the book and also see the location/dewey number. If a book has been issued to another student the title will appear in red. You can ask the Librarian to reserve (keep) the book for you. Ask at the desk.

You can find a link to our eBooks on the left of the page. Ask for assistance if you can not open an e-book. It can be read on any of your devices. (Download the App (mmcwheelers) to be able to read off line to save data or for when you have no WiFi.

At the top of the home page some of our popular new books appear. Click on the cover picture for more info.

To see if you have any books oustanding or overdue you can sign in on the school website through PARENT PORTAL. Use your student number and password and click on LIBRARY on the right of your screen. Overdue books will appear in red.

The library is open during school hours plus 30 minutes after school. 8:15 - 3:34pm

Please leave your bags, food, hats and beanies in the bag bay. Only sipper water bottles allowed in the library.

Student Librarians are on duty during lunch times and they are all very keen readers with heaps of knowlege on good reads!

You can borrow library items for up to 28 days (four weeks). You can borrow 6 books and 2 DVDs at one time if you have no overdue items. DVD's on loan for 7 days

Please keep an eye on book display. You will find treasures you might not normally read and we think you will love them.

We have a 'wish list' books suggestion book at the issue desk. If you can not find the book that you are looking for in our Catalogue - write it in our request book. If the book you requested can be purchased, we will inform you when it arrives.
